WHIS stands for WePo High Intensity Sessions. These are 4 days per week workout sessions that are 45-minutes long each and adjustable to your fitness level.

Each session provides a full body workout with varying exercise intensity, precisely targeting your main muscle groups: the core, upper body, lower body and cardio.

After 3 months of testing, we’ve confirmed that they burn 450-550 calories per session, an average of 10-12 calories per minute, and raise the heart rate to an average of 130 bpm.

WePo Fitness will also provide 25-minute mini-sessions (mini-WHIS) that can be done by almost anyone that’s approved by a physician to exercise. The WePo ball is the only equipment needed for these workouts.
